The best way to take herbs is as part of what you already eat and drink. Double or triple the amount of cinnamon in any recipe, sprinkle it over roasted sweet potatoes, add a tsp to your morning warm beverage.

Into a small saucepan, add
4 cups water,
2 tbsp marshmallow root,
2 tbsp cinnamon chips (or broken sticks),
1 tsp dried orange peels,
1 tsp licorice root pieces
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Drink up!
