Service Description

I am so excited to be creating space to deliver a soul-affirming experience for women. It's been a while since I have hosted a circle as I needed to turn my energy inward for deep healing, connection with myself and Source. My spirit is elevated and my mission is clear-the time to gather is here. We sit in a ceremonial circle, give thanks and prayers, set intentions and have some time to talk and connect while we enjoy each others company. We move on to meditation, chanting, and/or breath work to build our collective energy. We each use the energy in our own way to heal and transform---by connecting to our own authentic voice and trusting the inherent wisdom of our bodies. Sometimes we dance, sometimes we chant, sometimes we bring the energy back down with a long deep savasana/corpse pose. We end by coming by into circle for a final blessing, journaling and time for sharing. Participants report increased relaxation, stress release, feeling their energy move, feeling connected to something higher than themselves, feeling more connected to themselves, release of stuck old patterns, gratitude for their bodies, shifts in mood and energy, able to find their "chill", trusting their intuition, making new friends, not feeling so alone and more. What to bring: Comfortable clothes, pillow/bolster/blanket to sit on, a drink, journal and pen if you feel called, snack to share. Herbal elixir provided. Cancellations: Full refund (minus any fees) with more than 24 hr notice. Less than 24 hour notice, no refund but you can gift it to a friend.
